Additional conditions and administrative notes

ART EXHIBITORS SHOULD PLEASE NOTE................................

If cheques in payment for items which we sell are to be made out in favour of anyone but yourself will you please send a signed letter with your exhibits giving us specific instructions.

Please note that even though payment will have been taken from a buyer before the end of the exhibition, ownership will not pass to the buyer until the exhibit in question is collected. If for any reason it is not possible for us to hand over an exhibit in good condition to a buyer between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. on the 3rd May 2010 then the contract for sale can be cancelled and a refund can be made to the buyer, at the option of the buyer.

If a payment is made by a cheque which is not guaranteed by a debit card the exhibit will be returned to you so that mutually acceptable delivery arrangements can be made after clearance of the cheque. In these circumstances you agree that your contact details may be passed to the buyer.

The hanging of exhibits is the responsibility of the Rotary Club of Wakefield and is to be at their discretion.

The delivery of your exhibits to us will indicate your acceptance of the general terms and conditions of the exhibition, a copy of which you have received, and to the paragraphs above.
