Your Cat - World Mental Health Day project 2019

The Rotary Club of Wakefield is the lead Rotary club in the UK for assisting Dementia UK in their work to provide Admiral Nurses to help people with dementia and their carers. As part of our work we also act as a provider of therapeutic robotic cats to dementia sufferers via the club's charitable trust fund. We ask for a donation of 100 per cat but can also accept smaller donations via this web site to assist those who are unable to raise 100.

When you click "Donate" you can log-in to PayPal to use an account with them or proceed as a guest and enter any debit or credit card.

There is an option to "Add a note" as part of the payment process. In order that we may claim Gift Aid will you please, if appropriate, copy the line which follows this prior to clicking on "Donate" and then paste it into "Add a note".

I pay enough UK tax to be eligible for a Gift Aid claim to be made by The Rotary Club of Wakefield

For Gift Aid to be claimed you will also need to select the option to reveal your postal address to us.

Your financial details will not be shared by PayPal with the Rotary Club of Wakefield but we will be advised of your email address and if necessary will use this to make contact with you. There is an option to reveal your postal address to the club and this will be necessary if a robotic cat is to be sent to you. Your name, address, email address, telephone number or other information will not be shared by the Rotary Club of Wakefield with any third party other than Your Cat magazine and will be deleted from our records at the end of the administration period for this project. By paying in this way you agree to these arrangements.
